1) Please complete & submit this form after January 1. (Registration requests made prior to that time cannot be processed.)
2) A brief phone call interview is required for new families.
3) If PALS seems like a good fit for the student and the child seems ready for school, the application link will be sent through the Brightwheel app.
PALS reserves the right to determine the eligibility of any student. Regrettably, we are not equipped to serve students who:
need specialized services
have IEP's
require one-on-one supervision
display developmental unreadiness for a class setting
